Art Theft: Acheron's Tattoo Strikes Back

So we have a continuation of the art theft issues discussed in this previous journal - [link]
Basically, someone (~kd8ayk) decided to steal a tattoo design I'd designed specifically and only for *AnnadinMoriel. It was specifically stated in her deviation description that the design was not to be used elsewhere.
~kd8ayk got it tattooed without asking for permission, and showed it off around the world of Sherrilyn Kenyon fandom.
We were both very very VERY cross. Of all the designs I've created, she managed to steal the one that means the most to the person with the original tattooed on her arm.
So, what's new?
Well ... not only does this girl suck, but she SUCKS. And deviantArt sucks too. You'll see why in a second.
*AnnadinMoriel put a "beware art thieves" picture up in her gallery showing her tattoo with the stolen version alongside it. She gave an attribution to ~kd8ayk in the blurb and explained what had happened. Yes, maybe it was over-reacting, but we were *pissed* and wanted to show it!
Little bitch then sees this somehow and decides to report *AnnadinMoriel for art theft. OMG. She reported *AnnadinMoriel for stealing *her* photograph which we used simply to show how SHE had stolen *AnnadinMoriel's tattoo and MY design.
OMG. Fume.
And what did dA do about this?
Deleted *AnnadinMoriel's picture and labelled her an Art Thief.
Neither of us can now get anyone from the dA staff to talk to us to discuss this. The matter is apparently closed, and the art thief girl has come away with the moral high ground.
This is so wrong.
We are unamused. With ~kd8ayk, and with dA itself.
I would love to have the chance to explain this properly to the gallery staff, but it seems they are less interested in understanding the situation than pandering to the bleatings of an art thief.

That's so wrong! Is there nothing we can do to get the dA team to retract this? That's the worst possible issue here! Are they stupid or what? I mean a simple look at dates would have given them the proof?
And I'll stop here before I say more, I had already decided I need a break from online discussions, I am not in a state to control myself (see JH forums). But if you do something, I don't know a petition or such I sure will be glad to help. I can't even go and read her journal, I am a nervous wreck at the moment (just the usual "spring fatigue"). But she's got my support.

No matter how you look at it, this situation sucks and I'm sorry you both have had to go through this.
