Mandrake's Marque.
Mandrake is an interesting house, it is a companion house to Valerian in many ways, and specialises in the giving of pain. Yup, the S&M house  (well, kind of). Its motto is "Yield all".This one is a bit different to many of the others. Firstly, mandrake is one heck of a difficult plant to work with - thanks Jacqueline Carey! Mandrakes ... *sighs* *shakes head* And also, its a big marque. If mandrake people are to be able to give pain properly to their clients, they need to have experienced pain themselves. At least, I think so. Hence, the big marque and lots of shading. |
